b99a Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights and Obligations

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and b99a ("b99a", "we", "us", "the Platform"). These Terms govern all access to and use of the b99a website, mobile interface, betting services, casino games, promotional offers, and any other services made available through the b99a platform at the domain b99a.io.

By completing the account registration process, by clicking any "I agree" or equivalent checkbox presented during registration, or by accessing or using any portion of the b99a platform after the effective date of these Terms, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account and must immediately cease use of the b99a platform.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by b99a including sports betting, live in-play markets, live casino, slots, crash games, and any other product introduced to the platform from time to time. These Terms operate alongside any product-specific rules or promotional terms that may be issued separately, and in the event of conflict, the more specific document shall take precedence with respect to the subject matter it covers.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• Account — a registered user profile created on the b99a platform, identified by a unique username and secured by a password chosen by the Player.
• Balance — the total funds held in a Player's b99a account at any given time, comprising real-money deposits and any bonus funds credited in accordance with applicable promotional terms.
• Bonus Funds — promotional credits awarded by b99a subject to wagering requirements and validity periods as specified in the relevant promotional terms.
• KYC — Know Your Customer verification process through which b99a confirms the identity, age, and eligibility of a Player by reviewing documentary evidence.
• Platform — the b99a website, mobile browser interface, and all associated services accessible at b99a.io.
• Services — all betting markets, casino games, crash games, promotional offers, and ancillary features made available by b99a.
• Taka / ৳ — Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh and the primary currency used for all transactions on the b99a platform.
• Wagering Requirement — the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the relevant promotion.

To register an account on b99a, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person and not registering on behalf of a corporate entity or third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by b99a for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and are not registering as an agent, nominee, or representative of any other person.
• You are of sound mind and capable of entering into legally binding agreements.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on b99a. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

b99a operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme in accordance with responsible gaming and platform integrity standards. b99a reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Player at any time, including but not limited to at the time of withdrawal, when account activity triggers an internal review, or when a Player's account reaches specified deposit thresholds.

Acceptable identity documents include, but are not limited to, a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority. b99a may also request proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months) and proof of payment method ownership.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe specified in b99a's request will result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities and may lead to account closure. b99a will handle all KYC documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

b99a reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending the successful completion of KYC verification. No interest or compensation shall be payable on funds held during a KYC review period.

All financial transactions on the b99a platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). b99a does not charge currency conversion fees; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges, and b99a accepts no liability for such third-party fees.

b99a supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply to each payment method and are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of transaction. These limits are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits are generally credited to your b99a account balance within minutes of successful processing. b99a does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — all funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from a payment account that does not belong to the registered Player will be returned and the account may be subject to review.

Withdrawal requests are processed by b99a within the timeframe specified in your account dashboard, subject to the completion of any applicable KYC verification and the absence of any pending bonus wagering requirements. b99a reserves the right to process withdrawals in instalments where the requested amount exceeds platform-defined single-transaction limits. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically feasible.

b99a reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request and return funds to the Player's account balance in cases where the withdrawal cannot be processed due to technical issues, payment provider downtime, or outstanding verification requirements. Players will be notified of such reversals.

b99a offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms which will be published at the time the promotion is offered.

Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply across all b99a promotions:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for the bonus. Bonus funds that remain unwagered at expiry will be forfeited without compensation.
• b99a reserves the right to determine which games and betting markets contribute to wagering requirements, and at what percentage. Live casino wagers, for example, may contribute at a different rate than sports pre-match bets.
• Each bonus is available once per eligible Player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged. They carry no cash value independent of the wagering requirements attached to them.
• b99a reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time with or without prior notice.

Any Player found to be manipulating bonus terms — including but not limited to matched betting using bonus funds, placing opposing bets to neutralise risk, or exploiting software errors — will have their bonus forfeited and may have their account suspended or permanently closed. The determination of bonus abuse is at the sole discretion of b99a.

All bets placed on b99a sports markets are subject to the specific rules governing each sport and market type. Cricket betting on BPL, IPL, T20 internationals, and ICC tournaments is governed by the official match rules of the relevant governing body. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or other exceptional circumstance, b99a's market settlement rules — as published in the sports rules section of your account — shall apply.

b99a reserves the right to void, suspend, or postpone the settlement of any bet where there is reasonable grounds to suspect that market integrity has been compromised, that the outcome of the event has been influenced by corrupt activity, or that the bet was placed in error due to a manifest technical fault or incorrect odds display. In such cases, b99a will notify affected Players and return the staked amount to their account balance.

For casino games, slot machines, crash games (including Slide and Limbo), and live dealer tables, the rules specific to each title govern gameplay. All casino games offered on b99a use certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panel. b99a does not manipulate game outcomes and operates all casino products in accordance with fair-play standards.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface and game lobby. b99a reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual Players or across the platform at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the b99a platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or under a false identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity and subsequently withdrawing them as gambling winnings.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or technical malfunctions to place bets at incorrect odds or gain credits to which you are not entitled.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or distribute any portion of the b99a platform or its underlying software.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive communication with b99a staff or other Players through any channel.
• Providing false information at any stage of account registration, KYC verification, or support interaction.
• Accessing the b99a platform using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymising technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or account limitations.

b99a monitors all account activity using automated and manual review processes. Where prohibited activity is detected or reasonably suspected, b99a reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, freeze the account balance pending investigation, and ultimately close the account with or without return of funds depending on the nature of the breach established.

All content on the b99a platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, graphics, page layouts, user interface designs, text, images, software code, database structures, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of b99a or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any b99a intellectual property.

You may access and use the b99a platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any b99a content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

b99a collects, processes, stores, and protects your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on b99a, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. b99a makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted or error-free availability of the platform. Planned and unplanned maintenance windows may temporarily affect service availability. b99a will use reasonable endeavours to notify Players of planned downtime in advance where possible but accepts no liability for losses arising from service interruptions beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to failures of third-party payment processors, internet service providers, or game software providers.

Nothing in this clause shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by b99a's negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You may request the closure of your b99a account at any time by contacting the support team through your account dashboard. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing period.

b99a reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, that the account is being used for prohibited activities, or that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the interests of other Players.

In cases where an account is closed due to confirmed breach of these Terms — including fraud, money laundering, multi-accounting, or bonus abuse — b99a reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance and decline to process any outstanding withdrawal requests. b99a will cooperate with law enforcement agencies as required by applicable law.

b99a reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on the b99a platform at b99a.io/terms-conditions. The effective date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date on which the current version came into force.

Where amendments are material — that is, where they substantially affect your rights or obligations as a Player — b99a will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered Players via the email address associated with their account or via an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the b99a platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and request account closure.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English-language version shall be the authoritative and binding version in all respects. All communications between b99a and Players — including support interactions, account notifications, and formal dispute correspondence — are conducted in English.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the b99a platform, you must first submit your complaint to b99a's customer support team through your account dashboard, providing full details of the issue, the relevant date and time, and any supporting evidence. b99a aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 10 business days of acknowledgement.

b99a will use its best endeavours to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly at the first stage of internal review. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, the matter shall be referred to an independent dispute resolution process in accordance with applicable platform policies communicated to the Player at that time.
